There are a number of flavours available to choose from, can’t decide? Why not has a different flavour in each tier? Can’t see your favourite? Just ask and it will be baked!
 
Traditional Rich Fruit Cake

A truly delicious and mellow flavoured rich and moist fruit cake. Only the best dried fruits and nuts are steeped in Armagnac and the cake is matured for at least a month. An ideal choice for the more traditional wedding cake, the only choice for Royal Icing and perfect for an extra tier to save for a “special occasion” at a later date.
 
Vanilla Sponge
A lovely, light sponge, ideal for celebration cakes, filled with homemade raspberry jam (or strawberry if you would prefer) and vanilla butter cream. Absolutely delicious

Luscious Lemon
Everyone’s favourite, a refreshingly lemony cake, moist and delicious. Made with fresh lemons and layered with homemade lemon curd and lemon butter cream. Ideal for a summer celebration.

Chocolate Torte
An indulgent and decadent chocolate torte. Denser than a sponge and made with lots of 70% cocoa chocolate and layered with chocolate ganache butter cream. An ideal alternative to fruit cake

Lime And Coconut  (optional malibu addition)

Delicious and tasty, proving to be a big favourite, light sponge flavoured with creamed coconut ( no bits of coconut) and filled with a zesty lime and coconut butercream. 

Espresso And Pecan (optional Tia Maria addition)

A twist on coffee and walnut, moist and flavoursome, very grown up


Chocolate Fudge Cake

Lighter than chocolate torte, more chocolatey than ch0colate sponge,a rich moist chocolate cake made with 60% cocoa chocolate filled with chocolate ganache butter cream , a firm chocolatey cake, ideal to serve as a desert after your wedding breakfast- don't expect any left over! 

Chocolate orange fudge cake with cointreau

a twist on our popular chocolate fudge cake, the same delicious rich and moist chocolate sponge but flavoured with fresh orange juice and orange zest, and the rich chocolate ganache butter cream is flavoured with orange oil, orange zest and cointreau. a very grown up cake.

Caramel ( perhaps with a dash of Bailey's Irish Cream?)
